Our founder, Victoria C. Shipley, MSODL did not take the traditional path to the boardroom. Returning to the corporate world after a 20-year season to raise her children, she navigated the "messy middle" of leadership ,overcoming systemic barriers, imposter syndrome, and the rigid structures that often stifle talent.
She realized that organizations weren't struggling because they lacked talent; they were failing because they lacked alignment. They were trying to run modern businesses with outdated human operating systems.
TLC was founded to fix that. We blend the rigorous data of Industrial-Organizational Psychology with the grit of courageous leadership to help you build a legacy that outlasts your tenure.
